Do yourself a favor....USE ROBERT BITTINGER!!! My husband and I just bought our first home (Monroe County, WV), and Robert made the whole process so much easier. Since we were so new to it all, we barraged Robert with texts, emails, and phone calls, and he was 100% patient and prompt throughout. He helped us find the perfect place within our budget, but he treated us like we were buying a million dollar property. Instead of being pushy about properties, he actually pointed out things that might be problematic in the long run. He has an amazing knowledge of all aspects of home buying--such as home inspections, contracts, bank loans, attorneys, etc. Also, Robert knows EVERYONE...and I do mean everyone, which is so helpful when you're gathering estimates and troubleshooting potential problems. He was open, honest, optimistic, and realistic at the same time. If you're looking for a hard working, professional, personable, and knowledgeable realtor, Robert is your guy. We would personally recommend him to our friends and family. We're hoping to stay put right where we are for a long, long time, but if we ever again find ourselves in need of a realtor, we'd go straight to Robert!
