As a non-resident of the state where the properties are located, what could have been (and I have heard often is!) a long, drawn-out and messy process for me was expedited quickly, cleanly with Robert orchestrating every step. His communications were thorough and his response to questions immediate. In fact, due to his connections in the community, the property was sold before the “For Sale” sign went up!
